Attendence Rules
- Every pupil must attend school regularly, Absence from school for reasons other than illness, or serious unforeseen circumstance will not be excused.
- Leave may be approved by the Principal/the class Teacher on a written application from the parent if the reason is a serious one and is to be entered in the leave record.
- The gates of the school will be closed after the bell. Those who are late will not be allowed to attend school on that day.
- A pupil who is absent from school or fails to attend school or fails to attend school on account of being late will have to enter the reason of being absent in the “Absence Record” and get it signed by the Parents and countersigned by the Principal the class Teacher.
- A pupil may be permitted to attend the hospital during school hours if the parent sends a written application.
- Pupils must not leave the school without the written permission of the Principal or the class Teacher.
Promotion Rules
Following requirements must be fulfilled before promotion is granted:
- A student must have at least 90% attendance. Sufficient reasons should be given to the satisfaction of the Principal the Class Teacher if the attendance is less than 90%.
- Promotion will be decided not only on the basis of the performance of the student in the final examination, but also on the whole years over all performance of the student.
- The decisions of the school authorities regarding promotion will be final.
- A student who fails twice in the same class will have to leave the school.
Parents / Guardians are requested to extend their cooperation to the school management/Authority:
- By making their wards to be regular and punctual in attendance and all school activities.
- By instigating on their wards neatness and cleanliness in school uniform, personal appearances and home assignments.
- By engaging private tutors for their wards only after consulting the school authorities.
- By occasionally discussing the Principal or class teachers to inquire the progress of their wards.
- By returning the periodical reports and observation reports duly signed in time, this is to keep parent/guardians informed of the progress of their wards regularly.
- By encouraging the wards to participate in extra and co-curricular activities of the school.
- By checking the diary daily and filling the regularity and absentee record and also signing whenever needed.
- By avoiding to watch T.V., late night movies with their wards or smoking and drinking alcohol infront of them.
Financial Rules
- All school fees are charged for twelve months except on some items. All payments should be made regularly and as per rules and regulations of the school.
- If the fees are not paid within the deadline, a fine is imposed as mentioned in the school rules and regulations.
- If the fees are not paid for two months continuously, student's name will be struck off from the school register and re-admission fees will be charged.
- A month’s prior notice is required for the withdrawal of the student. Otherwise, the equivalent of one month’s fee will be charged.
- No reduction in tuition or bus fees is made for absence or broken period.
